Epic Service Winners - Meet Paul

At Vail Resorts, our core values guide and ground us and our work. Last winter, more than 1,000 team members were recognized for putting service-based leadership into action. Twenty-five team members were recognized as Epic Service winners for their emotional intelligence, inclusivity and operational excellence. Now, we’re excited to tell their stories throughout the winter season.

Meet Paul - At Park City Mountain, he works as the Sr. Manager, Competitions and Events - an apt position for an events-extraordinaire like Paul. Originally from Bethlehem, New Hampshire, Paul has worked with us for the last five years and when asked what he loves most about his job, he shares, “The opportunity to collaborate with different departments and divisions to bring special events to life!” It’s his execution of those very special events that encouraged two of his coworkers to nominate him for the Epic Service award. Paul demonstrated Epic Service last season when he rapidly prepared a new, large-scale event during a peak period and for the immense care he put into bringing the “Huck for Chuck” event to celebrate the life of Park City local, Charlie Scott. Great work, Paul!
