March is Gender Equality Month, a time to celebrate the trailblazing women in our company who have courageously contributed their voice, creativity and ideas in the boardroom and on the slopes. Throughout the month, we will be highlighting women leaders in our company who have traversed numerous peaks in their careers and are willing to share their experiences.
Up next is Jess Hergenreter, VP of Business HR. Jess has discovered that leadership is a journey of self-awareness with no defined endpoint. Through processing feedback, she has been able to see how she has shown up differently throughout her career. And while she now has more clarity on the type of leader she wants to be—one who leads others to realize their full potential rather than doing the work for them—she recognizes that she must continue to fight the lure of shielding her team from the losses so they can fully feel their success.
