How to join in person: Forever on Floor 9 of the Broomfield office (facing the mountains). Some snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.

How to join virtually: Unfortunately, Hulu, HBO Max, and Prime Video have blockers preventing us from sharing via Teams. So our workaround will be for those working remotely to watch from your own accounts if you have one and still join the Teams link to participate through chat during the film. We sincerely apologize to those who may not have an account and are unable to access the film.

  • Step 1: Queue up the film on your personal Netflix account
  • Step 2: Join the Teams Meeting to hear the intro and participate in the chat
  • Step 3: Hit play at the same time as the in-person room (we’ll give the signal)

About the film: The Normal Heart tells the story of the onset of the HIV-AIDS crisis in New York City in the early 1980s, taking an unflinching look at the nation's sexual politics as gay activists and their allies in the medical community fight to expose the truth about the burgeoning epidemic to a city and nation in denial.
