The mid-year check-in is underway! All full-time year-round employees need to complete the Mid-Year Self-Assessment by March 5, 2021. This is your opportunity to provide and receive performance feedback, review and align to your individual development plan (IDP), and discuss progress made towards accomplishing goals.
To meet the requirements of this step, follow the instructions below:
- Login to SuccessFactors and navigate to the Performance tab
- Select your Mid-Year Assessment
- Respond to the two self-assessment questions
- When you’re done, select “Complete Employee Self-Assessment” located at the bottom of the assessment
