Monday’s total solar eclipse crossed over North America, creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience – an especially unique one for our resorts in the path of 100% totality. The sky was clear - a perfect setting for a total solar eclipse - and for a few minutes, the world went dark and quiet while the moon blocked out the sun. Imagine watching this rare event from over 4,000 feet at the top of Mount Mansfield at Stowe Mountain Resort or Wildcat Mountain's summit. In the Midwest, Mad River Mountain, Boston Mills and Paoli Peaks hosted parties to commemorate the event. Our teams got creative and planned celebrations to provide our guests with the Experience of a Lifetime – way to go!
