On Monday, Vail Resorts introduced the Black Employee Network, and Chief Public Affairs Officer, Kenny Thompson, Jr., as the Affinity Group’s executive sponsor. The purpose of the Black Employee Network is to foster an environment of support, community, and connection for Black employees.
