The Women & Allies Employee Resource Group (ERG) is now open for ambassador applications! The Women & Allies ERG of Vail Resorts is focused on providing an Experience of a Lifetime for Vail Resorts' women leaders by addressing barriers specific to this population. This group will influence change in processes, policies and programs to cultivate an inclusive environment and build allyship and advocacy to help lead to equitable practices for all employees and a better company.
