Leading with Equity: All-Abilities Access


As we shared in our 2022/23 Environmental & Social Responsibility Report, we are proud to partner with 53 nonprofit organizations who help us deliver inclusive access through adaptive programming for guests with physical and mental barriers, and we invested $6.5M in adaptive access programs last year. We also offer discounted adaptive Epic Passes for individuals with permanent disabilities. This work is driven by our Be Inclusive value – which affirms that we welcome everyone to our company, resorts and communities, including all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, and other dimensions of diversity. Our goal is to increase inclusion and equity. To reach this goal, we distribute resources based on the needs of the recipients.
