We recently rolled out our Anti-Fraud Policy to deter, prevent and detect fraudulent activities in our company. We take fraud seriously – please take a moment to review the policy and these pointers for living our Do Right value:
- Fraud and corruption are prohibited. Some examples of fraud include misappropriating funds or assets, theft, authorizing or receiving payment for hours not worked, falsifying or altering company documents, misusing records, and/or misrepresenting information about the company.
- We expect all our team members to uphold the highest standards of integrity to prevent fraud. If you see or suspect any fraudulent behavior, report it immediately to your supervisor, our Internal Audit or Compliance teams, or through our Ethics Helpline, which is available 24/7 and has an anonymous reporting option: www.vrethicshelpline.com or 1-866-538-4266.
- We take allegations of fraud and corruption seriously. Any employee found to have engaged in fraud may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and possible legal action.
