We’re beginning our countdown to winter and after 46 years of instructing, Jenn Metz is excited to return for the 2023/24 season. Jenn is a ski instructor at Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek and has grown her career to share her passion for teaching with new instructors as a trainer.
"We are so fortunate that Vail Resorts values our growth and our ability to be the best that we can be so that we can provide the best experience we can for our guests,” Jenn shares. “You walk around the locker room, and everybody is pursuing something, whether they've been here a very long time or whether they're brand new. We get to see what it's like for our guests to go through growth - to become better and to be proud of it. And that part is what keeps me coming back every, every, every year."
