At Stevens Pass in Washington, the team needed a motor component to get their chairlift back up and running. After Stevens Pass called the manufacturer and neighboring resorts to find a quick solution, it was Northstar California Resort that had the necessary part. The team at Stevens Pass couldn’t wait for delivery, so Vince, Director of Mountain Operations, caught the first flight he could get out and back with the lift part as his baggage. Vince personally delivered the motor component to the lift maintenance team to get the chairs spinning again. Great work to everyone for their teamwork and quick thinking!
