Meet Andrew – He has worked with Vail Resorts for four years and is based at Breckenridge Resort where he works as a Manager, Product Sales and Services. Before taking this role, Andrew worked at the Vail Resorts Retail Burton Breckenridge location and demonstrated Epic Service on a day off. Walking by the Burton store, Andrew noticed the store was busy and was short-staffed that day. He jumped into action and started helping guests without hesitating. His coworker who nominated him said, “Andrew stayed for about two hours and it was crucial for the staff to get that help so all of our customers could receive the best service we can offer. We are so appreciative of his teamwork.” Even on a scheduled day off, Andrew supported his team and the guest experience with Epic Service. Great work, Andrew!
