YOUR VOICE MATTERS! TAKE THE CONTINUOUS LISTENING SURVEY BY JAN. 27


Last May we began our journey into continuous listening by regularly emailing surveys to provide a pulse check on how our employees were feeling as a result of the COVID crisis. Over the past nine months, the surveys have helped provide insights in a rapidly changing and evolving environment that have allowed us to adjust plans as appropriate during the pandemic. 

We’re continuing the evolution of our continuous listening by shifting our survey cadence to monthly, starting with the survey that hit your inbox yesterday. This new monthly strategy will replace our annual Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and provide us more timely and relevant insights about what is on your mind and how we can best support your needs as an employee. Please remember to take five minutes to respond to this month’s survey, which is open until Jan. 27.
